RETURN POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of product delivered date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at brandanabiapk@gmail.com or contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Purchase Evidence/Purchase Detail/Product IDs/Postal ID/Authorized Document by Brand Anabia for Product Return.
1. Deadline for Opening Dispute
Refund requests cannot be opened once the order status is marked as “closed.” Disputes will not be resolved if the tracking information is untraceable by third-party carriers.
2. Force Majeure
Brand Anabia is not responsible for any damage to products or delays in shipping caused by unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes), pandemics, international conflicts, strikes, customs inspections, or other acts of God. We will notify customers of any such issues via Brand Anabia’s Chat, Skype, WhatsApp, Email, etc.
3. Shipping Method Limitations
Some shipping methods may not offer tracking once the order reaches certain countries, states, or cities.
4. Destination Restrictions
Due to limited international transport services, we cannot accept disputes for orders shipped to the following countries and regions:

5. Product Returns
Products can be returned only to our warehouses. However, we recommend against returning items due to the high cost of international shipping and potential damage or loss during transit (which can take up to 3 months).

6. Unacceptable Return/Dispute Reasons
Brand Anabia will not accept disputes for the following reasons:
a. The buyer does not like the product.
b. The product description does not meet personal expectations.
c. The product has an unusual smell.
d. The buyer accidentally ordered the wrong item or SKU.
e. Incorrect shipping address provided.
f. Discrepancies that were previously agreed upon.
g. Tracking information removed by logistics companies or local post offices.
h. Packages delayed or detained due to the buyer’s failure to comply with customs procedures.
